Supplying Avaya Solutions within Europe

Supplies of all Avaya solutions to be deployed by Comec will originate within the United Kingdom or Germany.  Lead times from distributor to Comec are typically within 3 days, however, it should be noted that more complex orders are built to order by Avaya US.  For example, whilst common within the US, Modular Messaging in the EU is fairly new and has a current estimated lead time from Avaya of 6-8 weeks.

Avaya pricing within Europe is different to the US pricing and the current Avaya Global Pricelist, so quotations should always be obtained from Comec before quoting your client.

Comec are an Avaya Gold Business Partner and are able to supply Avaya solutions to all 27 member states of the EU.  In addition we are able to supply solutions to those countries that are within Europe but not member states of the EU, although different taxation and import duties may apply.  You should check with your Comec contact before quoting any non EU client.
